Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Unikraft Media

Effective Date: March 2026

At Unikraft Media, we strive to deliver premium digital marketing, design, and development services. Because our work involves the time, expertise, and dedication of our team, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to be fair to both our clients and our agency.

Please read this policy carefully before engaging with our services. By hiring Unikraft Media, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Policy

Unikraft Media provides service-based solutions (such as SEO, Web Development, Branding, and Social Media Management). Because these services require irreversible investments of time, labor, and strategy, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Service-Specific Policies

A. Web Development & Design

  • Web design and development projects typically require an upfront deposit. This deposit secures your spot in our queue and covers the initial planning and wireframing phases.
  • Once the initial design mockups or project strategies have been approved and development begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, Unikraft Media will retain the deposit and bill for any additional hours worked beyond what the deposit covers.

B. SEO & Digital Marketing Retainers

  • SEO and performance marketing are long-term strategies. We do not guarantee instant results or specific search engine rankings, as these depend on third-party algorithms (like Google).
  • Monthly retainer fees for SEO and Social Media Management are non-refundable. * You may cancel a monthly retainer service by providing a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

C. Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Any advertising budget (Ad Spend) paid directly to platforms like Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn is completely out of our control and is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Our campaign management fees are non-refundable once the campaign has been built and launched for that specific month.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to unikraftmedia@gmail.com.
  • Grace Period: If you sign a contract or pay an invoice and change your mind before any strategy, onboarding, or actual work has begun (usually within 24 hours), we may process a full or partial refund, minus any payment gateway processing fees.

4. Non-Responsive Clients

If a project is stalled or delayed for more than 30 days due to a lack of feedback, content, or communication from the client, Unikraft Media reserves the right to put the project on hold or terminate the contract. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for funds already paid.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We value our client relationships. If you are deeply unsatisfied with the service provided, please reach out to us. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include revisions or project credits, at the sole discretion of Unikraft Media management.
